Felt safe, nothing too much trouble.

This venue was an unforgettable luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities were perfect for my needs, with a private outdoor dining area and a stunning garden, perfect for relaxation. the location advantages of the hotel were also noteworthy, with easy access to public transport and local attractions.

The only minor issue I had was with the room size, which was smaller than expected. the private facilities in the room made up for it, with top-rated products and comfortable bedding.

The location was perfect, right across from Hyde Park. I could easily catch the bus or tube to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was great, with daily fresh towels and linen changes. The staff were helpful and accommodating, ensuring that I had a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The receptionist Sarah was amazing, very helpful and professional. The rooms were spacious and clean. The views from the living room were pleasant. The location of the hotel was great, with several restaurants and cafes nearby. Plus, the building felt safe and secure.

The television had some issues, but it wasn't a big deal since we didn't really need it.

During my recent stay, I was amazed by the fine interior design in the apartment. It reminded me of a luxurious and comfortable home away from home. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed, from a wireless music docking system to fresh bedding and towels. The staff at Buckingham & Lloyds were friendly and went out of their way to assist me whenever I had a request. The location was also ideal, close to many popular attractions in the city. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Buckingham & Lloyds for a nice stay in London.

Upgraded flat was exceptionally clean and cozy, with friendly staff. Perfectly situated for exploring Hyde Park and Kensington.
