Felt safe, nothing too much trouble.

This venue was an unforgettable luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities were perfect for my needs, with a private outdoor dining area and a stunning garden, perfect for relaxation. the location advantages of the hotel were also noteworthy, with easy access to public transport and local attractions.

The only minor issue I had was with the room size, which was smaller than expected. the private facilities in the room made up for it, with top-rated products and comfortable bedding.

The location was perfect, right across from Hyde Park. I could easily catch the bus or tube to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, with daily fresh towels and linen changes. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that I had a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The receptionist Sarah was amazing, very helpful and professional. the rooms were spacious and clean. the views from the living room were pleasant. the location of the hotel was great, with several restaurants and cafes nearby. Plus, the building felt safe and secure.

The second bathroom was a bit cramped and the dryer took a long time to dry clothes. the television had some issues, but it wasn't a big deal since we didn't really need it.

This hotel was beyond luxurious! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities like a private outdoor dining area and garden area. the service was exceptional, with daily room cleaning and fresh linens. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff at Buckingham & Lloyds were friendly and went out of their way to assist me whenever I had a request. The location was also ideal, close to many popular attractions in the city. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Buckingham & Lloyds for a memorable stay in London.

Upgraded flat was exceptionally clean and cozy, with friendly staff. Perfectly situated for exploring Hyde Park and Kensington.
